Milk-n-Honey
Milk-n-Honey is LightBox’s new multimedia play about the pleasures and politics of eating. The production is a surreal montage of vignettes based on interviews with flavor chemists, migrant workers, waiters, farmers, advertising execs, dumpster divers, grocery clerks, diabetics, activists, and more.
Milk-N-Honey premiered October 21, 2007 at 3LD Art & Technology Center in downtown New York City, and was then performed in July 2008 at the Ko Festival of Performance in Amherst, Mass.
